Pick up some fresh seafood at the  San Remo Co-Op for some of the freshest fish n’ chips you will have tried.  Fresh fish, crayfish, prawns, oysters and more are available 7 days a week.  Don’t forget your credit card, no cash payments. For the young and young at heart, time your visit for 12 noon and see from 5 to 35 pelicans flock to the daily feed at the foreshore next to the pier.

Discover the local’s hidden gem, the Newhaven Seafood Market for some of the freshest seafood you haven’t caught.  Loved by locals, this is seafood caught direct from the pristine waters of Bass Straight and beyond.  Prepare your catch of the day by the swimming pool on the BBQ or in your apartment.

Don’t miss lunch at the Phillip Island Winery.  Visitor and locals vie for a table to enjoy local produce and wine. Open weekends only – Friday to Sunday with two sittings, be sure to book or miss out.  Tastings are available at the Cellar Door and can be pre-booked.

Stop in and smell the roses, or at least the fresh blooms at Flowers @ The Yards with beautiful flowers, candles, potions and lotions, gardening tools and books, located at the Phillip Island Winery.

Enjoy your wine, you can also visit Purple Hen Winery for a tasting. Open daily, Purple Hen offers cheese and snacks to enjoy with your tasting.

For fresh laid eggs and  to discover and learn about life on a family run 340 acre working farm, visit Bimbadeen. Help collect and grade farm fresh eggs, take in the breathtaking views from Hurricane Hill, the second highest point on the island and observe natural wildlife and birdlife with ducks, Cape Barren Geese, Purple Hens and Wallabies.
